Deep rooted tree with birds.....

There are three (3) people looking out of the window. Mr K looking straight to the trees, Mr F seems wondering about the birds on the tree and Mr Z looks down , thinking whether the roots of the tree are long enough.

Yes, they are three executives of one famous media company, "looking" at the same tree but different angle. At first, the situation quite chaos because differences seems the "mother" or argument but alas, professionalism changes the situation.....

PS: Like to use implicit meaning, maybe because of I want you all to think, sometimes, twisting the situation might help us....
